Thames Organic Growers (TOG) is a self-supporting group aiming to increase production and consumption of organic vegetables and to strengthen the integrity of organic standards.What we're about
TOG long-term objectives are to:- Inspire young generations to take up organic growing;
- Encourage organic conversion among current growers;
- Mitigate individual (business) disadvantages through efficient exchange of information, advice and experience.
All TOG members are local producers within the Thames Valley area, passionate about organic farming and carrying their practices to the highest production, retailing and customer service standards.
We not only offer the best local food & drink, produced to the most stringent organic standards, but we educate our customers on the realities, true value and future of organic farming.
Our customers can meet TOG members at Farmers Markets, Farm Shops and through truly local Box Schemes. We also provide local schools and village shops with the best seasonal organic produce. Read more about individual practices in TOG members.
